H. Ron Klasko, Legal Council in Immigration Laws
H. Ronald Klasko (Ron) is one of the country's leading lawyers representing EB5 applicants in EB-5 cases and treaty investor (E-2) visas. He is the Chair of the EB-5 Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. In that capacity, he leads advocacy efforts with USCIS to improve the EB-5 program.
